- Medical coverage for both you and your dependents through an affordable and comprehensive PPO plan. This plan also includes prescription drug coverage.
- Dental coverage through a complete dental PPO that gives you and your dependants the freedom to visit the dentist of your choice.
- Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance. Basic term life insurance and AD&D is provided at no cost to you.
- 401(k) Plan. You can save for your retirement by taking advantage of our 401(k) plan.
- Paid Days Off. Heritage Beef employees will accrue 18 days of paid time off per year during the first nine years of employment. Employees with 10 or more years of service will accrue 21 paid days off. These days can be used for vacation days, sick days, and personal days. Employees with more than 1 year of service can cash in up to 6 unused paid days off at the end of each year.
- Semi – Annual Performance Reviews. Our aggressive performance-based compensation program includes a competitive base salary and eligibility for semi-annual bonus compensation.
College Recruiting
Heritage Beef offers internships and entry-level positions to outstanding students pursuing degrees in Agriculture, Animal Science, Ag Economics, Farm & Ranch Management, and Accounting/Finance. We will provide you with the opportunity to apply your educational training in a real-life working environment. Recent graduates and current students will be exposed to some of the industry’s most respected professionals while learning about the day to day operations of a successful cattle feeding business.
